Please note that where and when you are instructed to use HONK registration, it must be completed. If this is not completed properly the vehicle will receive tickets from York University that Tennis Canada is not in a position to assume responsibility of. PROMO CODE: TCSPR24 (Registration instructions are included below) If you are parking for more than one day within this duration you only have to register your vehicle once but must ensure that you are registering for the full length of time. Walk to site from here PRE-TOURNAMENT PARKING – FRIDAY AUGUST 2^ND AND SATURDAY AUGUST 3^RD Park in the Pioneer Village Subway Station Parking Lot located at Steeles Ave and Northwest Gate, on the South side of Steeles Ave. Click here for a map of this parking lot. The lot is labelled as ‘Lot S’ on the map, in red. Enter the lot on the west side off Howard Moscoe Way Download the HonkMobile app and enter the promo code to receive free parking. Walk to site from here TOURNAMENT PARKING – SUN AUG 4^TH TO MON AUG 12^TH Park in the assigned parking lot that you were provided a parking code/link for. (This was emailed to you already in July. If you did not receive this email please contact volunteers@tenniscanada.com) Follow the map and instructions that were provided to you Walk to site from here OR Wait for the Shuttle (details below) VOLUNTEER SHUTTLE There will be a shuttle to and from Parking Lot C to the tennis centre available to volunteers. The shuttle will pick up and drop off on the south side of Lot C. The shuttle will be traveling through and outside of York University’s Campus on a longer than normal route to get to site. Therefore travel and wait times may be lengthy. Click “Start Time: Now”, and then click “Set a duration”. Select the start and end dates of the duration, or the number of days if prompted. Follow the prompts to login or sign up for a HONK account - you will need an email address, mobile phone number and your license plate. If you already have a HONK account, select login and use your existing credentials to gain access. Once logged in, you will be directed back to the checkout page for the time and date you had selected - please ensure that your license plate number is correct. This promo code can only be used once and has been assigned specifically to you for your parking lot. The tournament has a substantial signage program for parking but in order to assist you in directions to your specific lot, please use the National Bank Open parking assist tool found here: https://parking.nationalbankopen.com/. [Your Transportation Committee Heads do not have access to any promo codes] Uptown Hilton Saturday August 3^rd to Monday August 12^th and any Pre-Tournament setup days If you have a shift that starts at the Uptown Hilton as indicated in your schedule, find a parking spot and confirm with the Transportation Hotel Dispatcher that you are parked in the correct place. Write your driver license in the log book at the hotel check in desk so you are not charged for parking. If you do not have a shift that starts at the Uptown Hilton, continue to the Aviva Centre and follow the instructions above. Downtown Hilton Saturday August 3^rd to Monday August 12^th We are unable to provide parking for volunteers at the Downtown Hilton.
