Please follow the below directions for parking during package pick ups, and for any meeting/shift you are attending before National Bank Open begins on August 5th. 

Please note that where and when you are instructed to use HONK registration, it must be completed.  If this is not completed properly the vehicle will receive tickets from York University that Tennis Canada is not in a position to assume responsibility of.

PRE - TOURNAMENT - Monday July 17^th up to and including Thursday August 3^th

Park in the Canlan Parking Lot North of Sobeys Stadium

• Enter the lot on the East side off Ian MacDonald Blvd
• Download the HonkMobile app and enter the promo code to receive free parking. PROMO CODE: TCSPR23 (Registration instructions are included at the below)
• If you are parking for more than one day within this duration you only have to register your vehicle once but must ensure that you are registering for the full length of time. Registration instructions are included at the bottom of this email

PRE - TOURNAMENT - Friday August 5th

Park in the Black Creek Pioneer Village Parking Lot located North West of Sobeys Stadium 

• Enter lot from Murray Ross Parkway
• Please use the following code: 26389 at both entry and exit to park at no charge to you

DURING TOURNAMENT - Saturday August 6^th – Sunday August 14^th

Park in Parking Lot C

• Enter the lot as shown on this Lot C Parking Map
• Download the HonkMobile app  and use the promo code sent to your email for free parking during the tournament.

HONK Registration Instructions Pre-Tournament (July 17, 2023 to Aug 4, 2023):

1. Download the HonkMobile App from your device’s App Store or Goggle Play

2. Choose your location/zone:  Shoreham Dr Lot – Zone #7717
3. Select the amount of time for your stay. If you are only parking for one day, select the amount of time for your stay (hint: it’s safest to select the daily max/event rate). If you are parking for more than one day within the duration then follow these steps: Click “Start Time: Now”, and then click “Set a duration”. Select the start and end dates of the duration.
4. Follow the prompts to login or sign up for a HONK account - you will need an email address, mobile phone number and your license plate. If you already have a HONK account, select login and use your existing credentials to gain access.
5. Once logged in, you will be directed back to the checkout page for the time and date you had selected - please ensure that your license plate number is correct.
6. In order to receive complimentary parking, click <Add Promo> and enter your promo code TCSPR23. Then click <Apply> Click ‘Park for Free’ and you’re all set!

HONK Registration Instructions Tournament (Aug 5, 2023 to Aug 13, 2023):

This is the link to register your vehicle in the specific lot that you have been assigned, which is Parking Lot C.

Once you click the above link these are the instructions for registering your vehicle.

1. Select the session (or All Week Aug 5-13) for which you are attending and have been provided a promo code.

3. Once logged in, you will be directed back to the checkout page for the time and date you had selected - please ensure that your license plate number is correct.

5. Ensure that your promo code has been accepted - if it has, your total will be $0.00.  Then click <Park for Free>

Uptown Hilton

Friday August 3^rd to Sunday August 13^th

• If you have a shift that starts at the Uptown Hilton as indicated in your schedule, find a parking spot and confirm with the Transportation Hotel Dispatcher that you are parked in the correct place.
• Display your parking pass given by the Transportation Hotel Dispatcher on your dashboard while parked.
• If you do not have a shift that starts at the Uptown Hilton, continue to the Aviva Centre and follow the instructions above.

Downtown Hilton

Friday August 3^rd to Sunday August 13^th

• We are unable to provide parking for volunteers at the Downtown Hilton.
